In for a factory part gone bad Fixed problem we were having with the car, but a little disappointed that the check engine light is still on. Oil Change Sands did a great job as always. Went in for an oil change without an appointment. It took a little over an hour (I was told it would by Henry), so n Sands did a great job as always. Went in for an oil change without an appointment. It took a little over an hour (I was told it would by Henry), so no complaints there. I had a coupon from their website which they honored, but I was told I had to print it in the future. Of the whole experience this would be my only complaint. I am not a fan of printing coupons. Providing the coupon code from my phone should be adequate. From my understanding, this is a Chevy policy, not Sands. Regardless of who it is that has made this policy, it just doesn't make much sense in today's day and age. More

Excellent service. My recent experience was in service with Henry. Henry was great to work with. I had scheduled an oil change for my motorhome and a brake inspection du My recent experience was in service with Henry. Henry was great to work with. I had scheduled an oil change for my motorhome and a brake inspection due to intermittent brake bell issue. I had missed my appointment by one day but Henry was understanding and still was able to complete oil change as well as resolve brake issue and change both trans and fuel filters in less time than quoted. The next day I left for a 700 mile round trip. Motorhome ran great with no more intermittent brake bell issues. Thank you Henry and Thank you Sands Chevrolet. Corey L. Mertes More

Pretty nice, first time there..? It was my first time there... It was a good experience... Not to say other dealerships aren't as nice... I would hope the service is always that good It was my first time there... It was a good experience... Not to say other dealerships aren't as nice... I would hope the service is always that good anytime I bring my vehicle in, whether it's here or anywhere else.... I will always take my GMC to Sands Chevy, But I also own a Nissan X-Terra that I think I'm better off taking to the Nissan dealer...? unless you can give a better reason not to?? More

Great service!
