Always courteous service I have been using Sand's to service my vehicles for the past 7 years and have always had great service. It's always easy to get your car in quickly, I have been using Sand's to service my vehicles for the past 7 years and have always had great service. It's always easy to get your car in quickly, they do a great job, their prices are fair and sevice is fast. I won't take my Equinox anywhere else. More

My car looks great , but I was unable to pick it up after I was told it was ready because the body shop closes at 5p without my knowledge and didn't leave the paperwork , but I was unable to pick it up after I was told it was ready because the body shop closes at 5p without my knowledge and didn't leave the paperwork with the service center. I got there at 515 as I know the service center closes at 6p so I drove 30 miles out of my way both ways, 1hr of my time wasted, and had to put more gas into my rental car because of this. They couldn't release my car to me as the service center can't go over the body shop paperwork??? Maybe communication could of been a lot better!! I dropped my car off with 3/4 of gas and when I was able to pick it up the next day, it had less than 1/2 a tank? More

Terrible Service Experience Within a month following our purchase of the Chevrolet Express Explorer Conversion Van we noticed the head liner sagging. We returned to service and Within a month following our purchase of the Chevrolet Express Explorer Conversion Van we noticed the head liner sagging. We returned to service and the first head liner was ordered. Weeks followed and I heard nothing, so, I contacted Henry. He said he'd look into what has happened. I did not hear anything, so, I called back. He said he'd call back. He did after finding out the head liner ordered went to the Glendale Sands. He then called back saying the wrong head liner was ordered. They ordered one for a regular Express Cargo Van. Finally it is said to be ready for pick up. We come to pick up our 2016 Explorer Conversion Van on I believe June 23rd. We examine the headliner and 3 trim buttons are laying on the floor. The console on the ceiling was dangerously loose. The head liner had a clearly visible wrinkle that should not have made it past the installer and certainly not past the service adviser rep. Your rep stated he'd just order another head liner for the van and this time have it installed at the Glendale Sands. We'd just have to take over to that dealership. I said I'd prefer to bring it back to Surprise and let them take it to Glendale. He said he'd talk with his boss about that. I drop my wife off and she is to drive the van home. She gets into the van and attempts to adjust the drivers side mirror, but, it is now broken. It was working when we dropped the van off to the dealer. Henry said the other mirrors work though. My wife waits for service to fix the mirror but they cannot fix it. They need to order parts. Someone from Sands brings my wife home. My wife was told Sands did not have a loaner vehicle. We have been without our Van for at least 2 weeks and have heard nothing from anyone at Sands. Will someone please advise what's happening. More

Awful will not go back I first went on to the lot to get my first car and it up in a 2006 Vue loved it but before I can make the first payment I had dumped way too much mone I first went on to the lot to get my first car and it up in a 2006 Vue loved it but before I can make the first payment I had dumped way too much money back into it was total lemon their solution was to put me in a 2017 Cruze . They told me that this Cruise had rebate so I wouldn't be upside down from the Saturn which they lied about I ended up almost double the value of the cruise upside down in it. It has something called Auto Stop which is so stupid because when it's 120 degrees outside and you come to a stop light your air conditioner shuts off car has no power with the AC on. And within the first week of me having it it was back into the service center because the entire stereo system mix froze. They are all lying Crooks the only person out of that entire place that was worth a xxxx is Henry in the service department he was the only one that was willing to work with me that would explain things that wasn't an xxx. More
