Terrible. Would never recommend. It’s been over a month since I “traded in” my car for a brand new one and they still haven’t paid off my previous loan, nor processed the new one. My old bank is calling trying to collect payments and I don’t even drive that car anymore. There is still no info on my new loan and they just never return my calls. I leave messages every day and they never contact me. They run my credit almost every week and I don’t even understand why because I was already approved (or that’s what they said). Horrible service. They just want you to leave with a car no matter what the consequences are. More
