Over the winter, I needed to refill my windshield fluid, once I opened the hood it wouldn’t lock closed. I brought the car in and they oiled it up for me and taught me how to do it myself so it doesn’t happen again! They didn’t make me feel like a dumb girl who doesn’t know what she’s doing, they took the time to show me properly and I was in and out in under 10 mins. I recently needed my headlights replaced, I brought in my Jetta and they replaced and cleaned both headlights under an hour on a busy day even though I did not have an appointment. The guys who work in service are so amazing. My experience each time has made me want to buy another VW car once the time comes just because these guys are so great. Love it here! More

Engine light came on Saturday afternoon, drove it right to the VDC. Heberto called early Monday with the diagnosis (ignition coil blown), order the parts, did the repair early Tuesday (at reasonable cost) to the VDC.
