Tried to convince me to pay over $200 for coolant fluid flush despite the fact that it's not listed as a recommended service in the owner's manual, and my VW Golf only has 31,000 miles on it! And $65 for a cabin dust/pollen filter that I got and replaced myself without any tools in a few minutes for $13? What a ripoff, and was not thorough about providing the free multipoint inspection when I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. Sloppy work, and overpriced. More
