I recently made my decision into getting a new vehicle. And after doing some research I came to the conclusion that the Honda Accord was the vehicle that met all my standards. I was reccomended to visit Honda of Lisle by my sister that recently did a purchase there with the sales rep Heri Gaytan. Upon arriving unlike other car dealerships I felt welcomed and was shortly being helped by Mr.Gaytan. Heri was hands down the most knowledgeable, patient, and confident to state a few traits sales rep that I have encountered at any car dealership. My mother being my co-signer was very pleased with the service that Mr.Gaytan provided from answering all the questions she had to providing her with her beverage of preferance, being bi-lingual was a huge plus since my mom was more fluent in Spanish. After closing the deal on my New 2012 Honda Accord Coupe (which is the best car I have ever been behind the wheel of), I can honestly say that my experience at Honda of Lisle was the best pick to have done my purchase at. And would highly suggest to seek Heri Gaytan as I couldn't think of any other person that could have made my shopping experience a breeze and a delightful experience. I will most definitely spread the word to everyone looking for a car to visit Honda of Lisle! More

As this was my daughter;s first look at something as important as purchasing a new vehicle, there was a lot of information to take in, as well as just explaning the various details, ammentities, and the operation of the vehicle, both inside and out. I asked questions when I didn't understand, and I especially reiterated something to Heri what I thought he was expalining when I could tell my daughter Mary didn't understand and wouldn't ask questions. Heri understand and took the time to make sure that we both understand. I was very pleased with the service we received from Heri. He was courteous, kind, patient, knowledgable, and has since followed up by calling to see how much Mary is enjoying the car. SHE LOVES IT. It is eally a beautiful car, the amenities of ecoboost and many other things are great. We also feel that she purchased a car that was manufactured with no only economy, but more importantly to a parent, safety. Keep up the great work Heri.
