As you know buying a car is a stressfull process, I never felt any pressure at all to buy the car. Honda was the last car I test drove and I loved every thing about it. Heri was extremely helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles and also during the negotiation process. I was able to get the price I wanted plus a few extra's. Heri helped me set up my phone and showed me some of the fun things the car electronics can do. The nice thing was the follow up by Heri, he wanted to make sure I am loving my car and also to make sure that I am comfortable using the technology in the car, he has even offered for me to come back for an extra lesson. I would recommend this dealership and Heri Gayton. More

He patiently explained the features on the 2013 CR-V while deaiing with multiple customers and did not aggressively press me to close the deal. His managers including the finance person were also easy to deal with and adequately described the finance terms and extended warranty. The folks i dealt with at the Honda Superstore made my buying a new car a pleasant experience. I also went to the new car workshop which is a great idea. It was nice to meet the folks who will be servicing my car in the future. More

They were able to put my daughter into a new vehicle for the price several others were quoting for a used vehicle. The online quote, the prep to have 2 of the vehicles ready when we arrived to test drive and then the purchasing only took 2 hours total. Time and money well spent. More

Being in sales, I know what it takes and he is all about the relationship, which is what keeps me coming back. I had a great experience at Honda of Lisle. I was scared I wouldnt be able to find a car in my price range but the dealer was not hesitant on helping me find just that. I was able to trade my old car in, pa I wouldnt be able to find a car in my price range but the dealer was not hesitant on helping me find just that. I was able to trade my old car in, pay off that loan and get a brand new car in my price range for the amount of payments I was looking for. It was a super busy day and Heri Gaytan (the dealer that helped me) was able to smile through my indecisiveness on which make and models I wanted, offering to take them all out front for me to test drive. A few days after taking my car home I noticed a little stain on the seat and called Heri; he told me to come right in the next day to get it detailed. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially this dealer. More
