My name is Herman Jackson. I began my journey in the automotive industry in early 2014, right after working as an Insurance Broker with multiple companys for over a decade. The past few years have been very exciting, challenging, and rewarding! I have had the privilege of working with some amazing people, and have also been very fortunate to connect with customers that have made an impact on my life, who then became my friends as well. I chose to work for Ewing Automotive because the company represents all the qualities I look for as a consumer as well. The best part of my day is when I can truly take great care of my customer, and know the difference is authentic and one of a kind. Our business is about relationships, and I love that! Great Service! I bought a car from Buick this past week and my experience was great! I went in on Monday evening around 7pm and an hour and half later I was the prou I bought a car from Buick this past week and my experience was great! I went in on Monday evening around 7pm and an hour and half later I was the proud owner of a new Buick Encore. They gave me a loaner car for Tuesday so they would have time to make sure my car was perfect. I went back in Tuesday afternoon to pick up my car and was in and out in 45 minutes. Herman was incredibly helpful and explained all of the features of my new vehicle while helping me set up Onstar. I highly recommend seeing Herman if you're in the market for a new Buick. He was very patient, informative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Outside of the service, I am really happy with my new Buick. Even the "basic" model of the Buick Encore is impressive. I have all of the features I could want in my car, and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it. More

As smooth as it gets I have always dreaded the car-buying experience...but Herman and the guys at Ewing made this the easiest, least stressful experience I've ever had buy I have always dreaded the car-buying experience...but Herman and the guys at Ewing made this the easiest, least stressful experience I've ever had buying a car. Herman allowed me to work the deal with him over the phone and thru text which makes things so much easier/better for me. Herman and Ewing let me test drive a car when other/closer dealerships wouldn't, so he earned my business and I couldn't be more pleased. They had a side room where my 3 kids could be occupied, and their finance guy Brett Denver was great as well. The electric desk-sized tablet Brett had to review all the financial documents on was awesome, and made it great to read, sign, etc. Thx again Herman, my wife loves her new car!! More

Good Experience Across the Board I have bought a lot of cars and trucks through the years from many different dealerships. Ewing is as good as any I have dealt with and better than mo I have bought a lot of cars and trucks through the years from many different dealerships. Ewing is as good as any I have dealt with and better than most. My salesperson Herm Jackson was extremely knowledgeable concerning the vehicle I bought. Also, He did not waste my time showing things I was not interested in. Having been in sales myself for thirty years I appreciate that. Will go back to see Herm and Ewing when I get ready to acquire the next vehicle. More

Although my husband did not accompany me on my first visit, from start to finish it was a very positive experience. Our salesman, Herman Jackson, was professional, helpful and courteous. I was never, rushed or pushed to make decisions. I was given all the information about the car I was interested in as well as a printed price quote before leaving the dealership the first time so that I could discuss this with my husband at home. One other dealership I visited showed me their cars but never really treated me like a serious buyer. I had done my homework prior to visiting these dealerships so I had an idea what was available and what price ranges should be so I was able to tell which salespeople could be trusted to give me accurate information and I definitely felt good about Herman Jackson and Ewing. We drove our new Acadia home yesterday after an in-depth " get acquainted" session by our salesman. We really feel positive about our experience at Ewing Buick/GMC. And expect the service to be first rate too! More
