My name is Herman Jackson. I began my journey in the automotive industry in early 2014, right after working as an Insurance Broker with multiple companys for over a decade. The past few years have been very exciting, challenging, and rewarding! I have had the privilege of working with some amazing people, and have also been very fortunate to connect with customers that have made an impact on my life, who then became my friends as well. I chose to work for Ewing Automotive because the company represents all the qualities I look for as a consumer as well. The best part of my day is when I can truly take great care of my customer, and know the difference is authentic and one of a kind. Our business is about relationships, and I love that! Stressful Day became a Fun Day I went in to have my LaCrosse AC charged and found out it was the compressor so, unprepared, I figured it was time to trade it in! I was very nervous I went in to have my LaCrosse AC charged and found out it was the compressor so, unprepared, I figured it was time to trade it in! I was very nervous even though I had been thinking about it - but not under these circumstances! Then came Herman Jackson to my rescue!! Car salesmen always made me feel uneasy, but Herm was very reassuring and promised he’d help me take care of everything - which he did!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and in no way pushy - and he delivered the exact car I had been interested in! He really helped me through a stressful day, so I do thank him for that and for his easy friendly manner! More

Buying Experience Buying my new Yukon SLT was excellent! No high pressure and it was a clean process. I knew what my vehicle was worth and that is what they offered. I knew what the new vehicle was worth as well and we got to that point after one visit and a few emails. The sales person (Herm Jackson) was excellent in purchase and in some of my dumb follow up questions about the new technology in the vehicle. This is my third purchase from this dealer and my 5th Yukon. More
