We had the best experience with Hiram Otero. We literally despise shopping for a new car. We love trading in for a nice new shiny car, but hate the process and always try to keep our time at We literally despise shopping for a new car. We love trading in for a nice new shiny car, but hate the process and always try to keep our time at any dealership to a minimum. That is until we came to Rivard Buick GMC and met Hiram. We spent a great deal of time with him and truly enjoyed it. He was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and genuine. No high pressure sales tactics or wasting time going back and forth. We felt very comfortable with him as our sales person. Rivard Buick GMC in general is a very nice dealership with a lot of inventory and great folks to work with. We bought a truck from Hiram and will be returning to buy another vehicle from him as well. He has changed our opinion about car shopping. It doesn’t have to be a dreaded and grueling process, but I do believe it has a lot to do with the dealership and the sales person you are working with. We highly recommend Hiram Otero and Rivard Buick GMC. More
