This is our second purchase from Napleton Acura and Wade Qin. Wade along with his sales manager and team were nothing but exceptional and very professional! They listened to our needs and wants and made the sales process for both cars we purchased go smooth and easy. What an experience. I came here for a car I saw on CarGurus. I had just got in an accident the weekend before and really needed a car and was super excited to find a car I loved for a good price. My s CarGurus. I had just got in an accident the weekend before and really needed a car and was super excited to find a car I loved for a good price. My salesman Victor was super friendly and helpful and helped me out with insurance and everything. The finance guy was a little bit of an issue though. I went home the next day and looked over my paperwork and noticed numbers were off and there was papers missing. I came back in and the sales manager and a different finance person were more than willing to fix it and redo my contract correctly. It would’ve been nice to not have that whole issue happen but the fact they were willing to make it right is why I’m still giving 4 stars More
