From the negative stories I’ve heard about dealerships, I went in with my guard up. However, a gentleman by the name of Alex approached me with ease and completely understood my needs. He was not pushy, but knew he had a job to do. I informed Alex and Hollando that is was my first time financing a vehicle, and they had the most patience I’ve seen in a long time.I do have to say they went through a lot that day and they will remember me forever…lol. I’m thankful and grateful to have had them both assist me, because I no longer feel it was an unnecessary purchase. I look at my car every day and it brings me so much joy.
