I decided to buy at a time when Outbacks were in short supply. I walked into the dealership having used their service department, but I've never bought from them. Holly introduced herself, and although she did not have any 2022's to show me, we had a good visit about what I wanted and she showed me some used models and pointed out the upgrades and added features from my current 2018 model. She was knowledgable, cheerful, and I never felt rushed. I ended up reserving a car that was due for delivery in a couple of weeks. Holly is an outstanding communicator and she kept in touch often, letting me know when I might expect the car to arrive. Every time I started thinking, "I'm going to email Holly and see if she knows anything new", she would beat me to it, and email me first. That's rare to find. I did appreciate only dealing with one person and am especially impressed that she has made herself available in the coming weeks/months for me to come back with questions about anything. It really was quite a smooth process. I felt she was honest with me, and I was always treated with respect. More
