I leased a 2019 Forester from Wilsonville Subaru in October 2018 and have been servicing my car at the dealership since. As I have had very positive experience with the leased Forester and the service department over the past two years and half, I was looking to purchase a new Subaru at the end of my lease. On different visits that led me to eventually make up my mind, I worked with two women guest advocates, Karen and Holly, and both of them were exceptional in their professional knowledge, attentiveness to my personal needs, and general personableness and patience in interpersonal communication. After I bought a new car with Holly's help, she was also super responsive to any post-sale concerns I had about my new purchase and did a wonderful job calming my new buyer's "jitters." This really speaks volumes about the dealership's high standard of customer service and care. Would absolutely recommend both Karen and Holly to anyone interested in a Subaru! More
