Good at excuses, terrible at customer service Can’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I had made an appointment to test drive and buy a specific car in advance. Drove an hour and a half to Virg Can’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I had made an appointment to test drive and buy a specific car in advance. Drove an hour and a half to Virginia for the test drive only for them to tell me that the car I made an appointment for was sold, and they tried to sell me on old cars with over 100k miles that were no interest me. They did not mention in email or through a phone call or text, that the car was sold to avoid me driving 3 hours pointlessly. More

Obviously like any car buyer especially on a vehicle of over 70k you’d like to shop around and which I did and hadn’t even contacted Ted Britt. The sales manager Angel Gammons contacted me multiple times only to tell me “ once I get my feelings hurt they will be waiting” appald but this from a manager representing a large dealership I asked he not contact me again, inquired via phone, and online help for the General manager contact information. Dana apparently did not have or know who her general manager was and referred me back to the sales team and or manager Angel Gammons!? I guess this is why I keep returning to Criswell. Where the sales team actually puts their customers first. Only reason I ventured away was because my preferred dealer didn’t have the color I wanted in the time frame I needed. They are more than willing to get for me especially after purchasing multiple vehicles from them (8) new cars in the past 2 years. I would have thought Ted Britt would have appreciated and liked to connect and build a relationship with a client who is willing to purchase a vehicle from them. My mistake. Good luck with you’re sales team they are some real charmers. I do want to make it a point to say not enough good can be said on behave of Hook Pagnotta. Thanks and sorry Angel potentially took one away from you. More

A brief review of how well I was treated by employees I want to Thank Ted Britt employees, especially R. Hook Pagnotta and Nina Islam for their ability to explain the characteristics of the 2016 Chevrolet I want to Thank Ted Britt employees, especially R. Hook Pagnotta and Nina Islam for their ability to explain the characteristics of the 2016 Chevrolet Impala I purchased. Mr. Pagnotta explained in depth the many technical procedures required to operate the vehicle. His salesmanship was excellent. He thoroughly answered my questions and I felt comfortable during the entire process. I drove away completely satisfied with how I was treated. Nina was great in answering my maintenance questions, and did not hesitate to go out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. I will continue to use Ted Britt Chevrolet for all my future auto requirements. More

Process was great from start to finish. Hook was great. Started the purchase process online and worked out pricing by email. Hook from Ted Britt was quick to respond and follow up. After the price was settled, I went in for a test drive. Hook has the car ready and let us take a test drive by ourselves for as long as we wanted. The purchase process was quick and Hook went through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable of all the specs and features of the car. I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish and got a good price for the car. I would highly recommend Ted Britt and Hook was great. More

Excellent sales experience This was my 9th purchase of car and my salesman Mr. Hook Pagnotta was the best salesman I ever dealt with. He made everything easy. We agreed on price and he send me the out the door price via email and text message. When I came to Ted Britt car was ready to be test driven. Purchase went smooth and did not took long at all. He took his time to explain all features of the car and followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure that everything thing was to my satisfaction. I am pretty sure that Ted Britt is very happy to have Mr. Pagnotta working at their dealership. More

Consistently exceeding expectations! I purchased a 2016 Corvette from Hook Pagnotta on May 8, 2016. He worked with me well before the sale over email and the telephone and answered a myri I purchased a 2016 Corvette from Hook Pagnotta on May 8, 2016. He worked with me well before the sale over email and the telephone and answered a myriad of question from both my wife and I (sometimes even at the same time from different email accounts). His level of professionalism, friendliness, and patience exceeded my expectations from our first contact continuing through today. He was incredibly understanding and helpful with many of my odd requests; such as no dealer badges being added, no washing, basically no one touching the car except for me even BEFORE I officially owned it. This purchase started when I brought my 2012 Vette in for a state inspection when a saw almost her twin in a c7 sitting on the lot. I spoke to him briefly and before I knew it, I had the keys to the new one, temporary tags and his go ahead to take it out for a spin. I had hesitations switching from a manual to an automatic because the 2006 Vette I owned a while back was an auto and the shifting was incredibly slow. The new car had approximately .5 miles on it and he let me take it out to ease my concerns without making me feel as though I was going to hurt the price they could sell the car for. This kind of confidence in a customer and the product being sold is rarely seen. At that point, I was not seriously planning on buying the car but that did not stop him from accommodating my request to try out the auto transmission. Needless to say now that the car is in my garage, I was very happy with how much GM has improved the automatic transmissions. The shifts are now just as quick as could be pulled off with a manual version but not quite as quick as a dual clutch auto but that is to be expected. There were a few minor hang ups when Hook had to take my many offers and questions to his manager but he continued to try and work towards making me happy. I wanted $3k+ more than they were offering for my current Vette (4lt, Cyber Grey vert with 14k miles in immaculate condition) and roughly $4k less on the new car when we first started negotiating. There was a laid back feeling to the entire process that I solely credit him for and in the end, Hook and the general manager were able to get within $705 of my “buy it” number. I came in with financing already in hand and James in their financing department was even able to beat the lowest interest rate I had come across after shopping around. While this is my first review about this dealership I have been a faithful, extremely satisfied customer of their sales and service since 2006 when I purchased my first Vette from them. We used them for a courtesy delivery in 2012 for our Grand Sport that I spec’ed and had built exactly for our family from the factory. At that time, I met Chris in service, Glenn their Corvette mechanic, and Hook in sales. I was so impressed by the time and care that they all put into the courtesy delivery (which is something the dealership basically makes nothing on) that I began bringing all my cars to them for repairs and scheduled maintenance. It has been a little over 4 years now that I have taken all three of my cars solely to Ted Britt (formerly Sterling Chevy) for everything and I couldn't be happier. Having the confidence knowing that the cars won’t come back from service with new scratches, dings, or new problems that were not there before is incredibly comforting. I also trust that the things Chris and Glenn say need fixing on my cars is the 100% truth and I have never felt like they would ever take advantage of my car mechanical ignorance. Before I met this group of gentleman and Ted Britt, I would sweat bullets every time one of my cars had to go in for service and would go over the interior, exterior and engine with a fine tooth comb when it came out looking for some sort of damage. It is incredibly comforting to have that level of confidence in the folks charged with caring for your vehicles. I recommend Ted Britt, Glenn, Chris and Hook to anyone and everyone that will listen when the opportunity comes up and I will continue to do so. If anyone there happens to read this I just want to say one more THANK YOU! More

I will say he does everything he can to make sure you get what you want and don't leave there unhappy....Hook thanks for kindness and honestly and all you did to make my experience buying my SUV a great one!!!!! He went above and beyond to make me HAPPY CUSTOMER! I would definitely go back to the dealership and have him as my salesman!!! More

It all begins with how Jason Fischbein runs the dealership. Treating me like "family" from step one was above and beyond the duty of what he does. It is who he is that sold me the car. Every other employee that I mentioned here made me feel like "family" and that it was much more than selling a car. It's how I was treated -- like family. They are compassionate, humble, and go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. 100% is not taken lightly by me as this is much more than a car purchase -- it is a lifelong relationship with this dealership. I buy from no other place than here and Chris, Eddie and Pete in Service are a part to be included here. It's peace of mind to buy here because they go beyond the call of "just selling a car." There is a reason I only buy here and no place else in Northern Virginia. Pay attention to the fact that it is because it's a people oriented business that everyone I have mentioned here went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I am. Simply put. :-) More
