could be my last visit two weeks prior had my A8 in for 75,000 mile service. noticed the next day that my air conditioning wasnt working. service says that there is no corr two weeks prior had my A8 in for 75,000 mile service. noticed the next day that my air conditioning wasnt working. service says that there is no correlation between service performed and A/C stopping, but it is very coincidental. When I brought it back, they said I also need new tires and brakes. didnt mention that at all during my service two weeks prior, seems like a bad upsell. quoted $1500 to fix AC. Wound up costing almost $1900, to replace a valve. Seems very high to me. final thing, last three times I brought car in for service they said they were too busy to wash. So I specifically asked for it to be washed this time. They did, but a below average job. Rims still very dirty. one more thing: AC sort of works, but is not actually cold. People are friendly, actual service not great at all. I also offered to do trade in and buy another, they said not with all the work needed! More

Personal and consistent service This is my second time visiting the dealership for service. He has lots of charisma and patience, which in my opinion are two essential virtues needed to provide high quality service. More

Damien!!! My Service Advisor (Damien) gets 5+ stars for customer service. He patiently listens to what I am saying about how my car is running and addresses my My Service Advisor (Damien) gets 5+ stars for customer service. He patiently listens to what I am saying about how my car is running and addresses my concerns. He is extremely courteous and I never feel rushed to express my car concerns so that he can move on to the next client. He always acknowledges the clients who are waiting so they know that he is aware of them and will help them as soon as he courteously can. HE IS AMAZING!!!! More

Unhappy Service Experience I recently had my Audi6 in for the 55k service which was basically an oul change. I mentioned when I checked in that I’d received a coupon in an email I recently had my Audi6 in for the 55k service which was basically an oul change. I mentioned when I checked in that I’d received a coupon in an email but couldn’t find that particular email to get a discount. The service guy didn’t tell me that they also honor other oil change coupons. A coworker also used Audi recently for tge same service but her guy told her about honoring otger coupons, so she saved hundreds of dollars. I was very disappointed to have spent over $500 for this service. Additionally I had to wait thirty minutes for a loaner and thirty minutes when I returned to pick up my car. San Diego Audi service seems to have gone down hill. More

No tire jack Bought my first Audi two weeks ago. After the paperwork was signed and before leaving the lot the service light popped on. Fast forward two weeks I ge Bought my first Audi two weeks ago. After the paperwork was signed and before leaving the lot the service light popped on. Fast forward two weeks I get a flat tire. Go to change it and there is no jack or lug nut tools. So I’m stranded on the side of the road and have to call AAA. When service guy gets here, tire can’t be taken off because lug nuts don’t fit wrench. More
