He was thorough in asking the questions that were needed to understand the concern with my car, what I needed to feel confident in the service and the deadline I needed to leave the service center. Horacio - was awesome! Not only was he able to get this issue with my car managed, he told me the specifics of the testing and findings needed to correct the problem. I very much appreciated his kind, thoughtful and efficient communication. It was very helpful to know he was closely monitoring my time crunch and I was thrilled to be done well before my needed deadline. Thank you Horacio and the team who assisted you in getting my car checked out and ready to go. What you all do is vitally important and effects so many lives - I couldn't get where I need to go without having a dependable and reliable car and excellent service to meet my busy work, life and tight time schedule. People depend on me and thus ... on you! Your excellence is much appreciated! Thank you! Irene Bubnack More

The last incident earlier this month really had me shocked, the car cannot be clean when I still see bird feces and smudges all around my car. I was in a hurry and drove off as I needed to get to the airport but the feedback as given directly to Audi More

I even moved appointments to have a better chance. But they did provide me with a free Lyft to and from, and the service was done quickly. They even sent me a vehicle walk-around video after the service was done. Love that feature More

Friendly, but poor communication This was my first time visiting the Audi dealership. I had called for an appointment and wanted a quote and was able to get an appointment, but there This was my first time visiting the Audi dealership. I had called for an appointment and wanted a quote and was able to get an appointment, but there was never any follow-up to my question regarding the quote. The day of the appointment I arrive early at 9am to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and was greeted by friendly staff. I was promised the car no later than 230pm. Come 2pm I never hear any word whether the work is done so I call the dealership and they're saying it will be done now at 3pm. I asked whether anyone was going to let me know about that. For the quoted price of $250 for an oil change it shouldn't take 6 hours and if it does indeed take that long, they should managed people's expectations. I will not be back. More

Highly ethical business people After a bad experience with them, I returned to the dealership. The response I had with them was superb and frankly beyond my expectations. They took After a bad experience with them, I returned to the dealership. The response I had with them was superb and frankly beyond my expectations. They took care of the issue for me and provided additional guidance. Each of George, Nacho and Binan were extremely helpful and cordial. They are client service oriented, honest and trustworthy. I was not dissapointed this time and they restored my confidence in this Service Center. This review is well deserved. Thanks! More
