Audi Service Bought my new Audi 2 weeks and am super happy with it, our sales guy Aimal is the best and would recommend anyone to him. Aimal went above and beyond Bought my new Audi 2 weeks and am super happy with it, our sales guy Aimal is the best and would recommend anyone to him. Aimal went above and beyond and still 2 weeks later is still in contact to make sure everything is good. Took the car in for a quick fix of the of Home Links buttons yesterday, was greeted promptly and courteously. My only "beef" is there where no loaner cars available, waited a little over an hour and still no loaner car. Audi did call me an Uber to get me to where I needed to go and back again. By the time I got back 2 hours later finally had a loaner car available. Over all very happy with the experience. More

A year ago I got a car with Sergey in sales and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back to buy another car with him! I have since taken my car in for service and have received the same great treatment. I love working with Nacho! He is great at keeping me up to date with the status of my car and makes sure I’m informed on what services my car needs. I love how the dealership as a whole is consistent in their level of ensuring each department is providing great customer service. That’s really hard to find, especially in such a big business.
