I was pleasantly surprised that they could get us in within 2 days of calling for the appointment. Check-in was smooth and everyone was very friendly. I also asked them to look over the car for any potential work that was needed as it will be driven across country soon. The airbag and the inspection work was done in timely manner and for no charge. They even washed the car, which was much appreciated! When I picked up the car they didn't recommend any additional services except to check if the timing belt had been done, so I was surprised when I checked the "next oil change due" sticker and the service was 1000 miles overdue. I'm just a little surprised they didn't suggest that we have that done while they had the car. More

Avoid This Dealership! Avoid this dealership at all costs. Every time I went to this dealership, they would tell me that loaner cars are subject to availability! Just this last time, they made me wait over an hour becuase they had no cars. I became furstrated and immediately left the dealership. We have lives people, we can’t wait all day for you people to provide a loaner so people can get on with their lives! I’ve dropped like $2,000 at this dealership on repairs on a 2016 A6 and this is the best they can do! No excuses. Don’t let the free snacks and free coffee fool you, their customer service is a joke and over hyped. I’ll be calling Audi North America and complaining about my poor experience at this establishment! More
