I had a terrible experience from a rude advisor in the beginning(Nacho) to a very rude and unhelpful manager(Russ) at the end who just blames the call center for everything that happened and even told me beginning(Nacho) to a very rude and unhelpful manager(Russ) at the end who just blames the call center for everything that happened and even told me he can’t control what the call center tells me because they’re 2 completely different departments. I recently dropped my vehicle off at your dealership on Friday for 2 recalls. It came back that my thermostat bracket is broken only a few days outside my warranty. I’ve reached my 4 years but not 40,000 m Friday for 2 recalls. It came back that my thermostat bracket is broken only a few days outside my warranty. I’ve reached my 4 years but not 40,000 miles. I’m really upset about the decision that your dealership chose. I love my car but now I can’t drive it without the fear of my vehicle overheating or worse catch fire! I appreciate your diligence in making sure I’ve taken the necessary measures to insure my safety due to the recalls. During this time of our pandemic with Covid-19, I had hope that Audi would done the right thing to ease my anxiety about the recent discovery of my broken thermostat just a few days outside my warranty and during our pandemic. However, I was told to wait until it causes more damages. I honestly can’t believe this what I heard. Please forward my letter to your general manager and service manager. Ask them to review the video that was sent to us by your serviceman. I would like to dispute this decision. More
