Seeking to purchase a new car several weeks ago. Requested an out the door price with my trade-in. I was very disappointed in the amount that was quoted for the trade-in. It did not arrive in the predicted time and that time was extended by an additional month. I then purchased another car, which I am quite happy with. Unfortunately I had to pay full price, and there was no loyalty discounts. Despite that I have bought several new cars from this dealership formerly called was First Team. More
