Loved my 13 year old Subaru Forester so wanted to get a new one. Inventory of all new cars regardless of make is very limited. Howard Bergen, my salesmen, was able to find my perfect new car. He made th new one. Inventory of all new cars regardless of make is very limited. Howard Bergen, my salesmen, was able to find my perfect new car. He made the process pressure free and was understanding and patient. I needed to have a recall completed on the old car, and Marc, in service dept. was great. More

I totaled my Subaru Crosstrek, it rolled, and I walked away with zero injuries. So I absolutely wanted another Subaru. I can't afford a new one, so I was at your Delray dealership to get a used one. away with zero injuries. So I absolutely wanted another Subaru. I can't afford a new one, so I was at your Delray dealership to get a used one. Goodsundy is a great first contact. He let me know over the phone that you had vehicles in stock, and was very friendly. Since he is new, he introduced me to Art who handled the sale. Art is friendly and helpful. He made a stressful procedure very easy. Scott in finance also very personable and helpful. Art, Goodsundy and Scott get an "A." When I went back to finalize financing, however, it was different. I went to see if Scott was in, he was not in his office, and the two sales guys I saw were busy with other clients. So I wandered around the showroom just looking at cars, waiting my turn. Nobody could know whether I was looking to buy or was there for something else. I discovered that Howard B. was in his office and was obviously not interested in finding out what I was there for. I approached his office and explained that I was there for Scott in finance. He said Scott wasn't in, and implied I should have had an appointment. (This was not my understanding from the night I got the car. The implication was that I could drop in any time to finish up.) I told Howard that I had to deal with things at that time, and that I needed someone in finance to help me. He started to make a call, but received one, and proceeded to just chat away on this other call, so I went back to wander the showroom. Eventually he just barked at me to come back. He made a call, but ended up not really knowing what to do and told me to go to my salesperson, Art, and that 'maybe he can help.' He did find my file in Scott's drawer, and gave it to Art, but he treated me like I was an idiot and and an annoyance. Sitting all leaned back in his chair, relaxing with his hands folded over his belly, he was clearly not interested in working with a customer. Art WAS able to help me, although this seemed like new territory for him. He had to 'go to the back' for every point about cancelling/re-subscribing to warranty items I had on my old car. After the third time, I would have thought the manager or person who was answering questions would have just come out to help him. Help a guy out, when he is obviously new at something! The upshot is that I have to go back to the original dealer of my old car to deal with this, even though Scott had mentioned that when I finalized finance, he would help me do this. Howard gets an "F." So on a Friday afternoon, there is NOBODY at your dealership who can deal with anything related to finance and payment. (What?) I would definitely buy another car with Art, and from Schumacher, and am usually happy with Schumacher, so I'm hoping this was just an odd day. I get great service from the WPB Subaru location, and Rhonnie Carulla is awesome. Overall I'm really happy with my car and my experience. More
