Christina was very kind and patient with us . But the problem was that even though the Subaru Ascent was Pre Owned Certified the transmission went out and the car had to be towed. I only had the But the problem was that even though the Subaru Ascent was Pre Owned Certified the transmission went out and the car had to be towed. I only had the car for 5 days. The car is now at Spitzer's Subaru waiting to get worked on. The car only had 5,000 miles on it from the last owner. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have my car back. Spitzer's has worked hard to get a transmission but we were told they are difficult to find .I had to make the first payment and I don't even have the car. Hoping Subaru Cooperate will reach out to me and have some type of compensation for our trouble. More
