Working with Newton was an absolute blast. He really took his time, and walked me through all the parts of the car that I didn’t know. From the electronics, to the windshield wipers, even to functioning gas his time, and walked me through all the parts of the car that I didn’t know. From the electronics, to the windshield wipers, even to functioning gas cap! I really enjoyed his presence he made me laugh a lot of times and wasn’t like the common sales person. Rob Piovesan, Who is who I worked for to get my lease, and he was a really great guy! He got me the exact car I wanted for a really great price and was super kind when I got both my dad and my mom to come in and help me look. He didn’t pressure me into anything, and really just wanted to make sure that I found the right car that would work for me! More

I had a very positive experience. Ian was my salesman and he made every effort to make sure I had a good deal. It was one I couldn't refuse and have a beautiful new vehicle that I feel safe ad comfortable driving. He went out of his way to personally add the roof rack, make sure all smudges were cleaned and something I truly admired - was coming outside to greet me when I unexpectedly pulled up in the parking lot. Good sign of a salesman who makes his customer feel important to him and the dealership. Also had a good experience with the Rob, the manager, who helped Ian with closing the sale. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting meeting Rob Piovesan. Who exceeded my already high expectations that I have of Kenny Ross personnel. I've been a Kenny Ross customer for years and had previously Piovesan. Who exceeded my already high expectations that I have of Kenny Ross personnel. I've been a Kenny Ross customer for years and had previously had typically gone to same salesman. They were able to retire since I last needed assistance. Not knowing this, Rob was still a rock star. Even better, on top of his top tier customer service, he was even able to get me into a new lease at a price that worked for me. I can't thank him know for his patience, understanding, and commitment to furthering out relationship. I enjoyed the experience enough that I certainly plan to seek Rob out next time I need assistance. Couldn't be leaving the dealership any happier. Thank you Rob and Thank you to the entire team at Kenny Ross! More

On November 11, 2020 my son (and I) purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster from Kenny Ross Subaru. After completing the test drive we made the salesman (Buddy) aware of an issue we noticed. The car was loudl Hyundai Veloster from Kenny Ross Subaru. After completing the test drive we made the salesman (Buddy) aware of an issue we noticed. The car was loudly squealing. He took it through the service department where they made an adjustment and said it was fixed, and if it continued to squeal in a week or so to bring it back. We made the appointment to take the car back for the squealing noise on Saturday December 12th. When I spoke with the service department about my sons car and explained that this was an issue that was still not fixed, the service person let me know my son was not old enough to get a loaner because of his age. When my son took his car to the dealership, (which is an hour away from our home) he mentioned there was another noise the car was making. When they thought the squealing issue was fixed they returned the car to my son, and told him he would have to take his car to a Hyundai dealership because they cannot diagnose the other noise he is mentioning, as he thought it was coming from his turbo. His car was squealing again before he arrived home. On December 21st I spoke with the local Hyundai dealership, where we had his car to have the other noise diagnosed. They told me there was an upfront charge to diagnose the car, and he would call me with any information. When the service department called me they stated that the serpentine belt was where the squealing was coming from, the car badly needed an alignment and the right brake pads were almost metal on metal. When I asked if these were issues that could have been caused within a month or so of having the car he said no, and that I should call the dealership, and that if I bought it from a dealership they should have put it through a check to fix those issues. They were going to keep the car at Hyundai until the brakes were completed on Wednesday December 23. On December 21st I called the manager of the service department at Kenny Ross and left a message. On December 22 in the late afternoon I had not yet heard from the service manager so I called the salesman and he later called me back. He was surprised I had these issues because the car was run through the service department prior to sale, and also because it was there the week before. He went and talked with someone and Larry called me back. When I brought these issues to his attention he wanted me to drive 25 minutes to get the car from the Hyundai dealership, then drive an hour to Kenny Ross, which I am against because the car was there last week, they did not fix the issue and suggested taking it to Hyundai to properly diagnose the problem. I stated that was very inconvenient, and they already had an opportunity to fix the car and did not, also that my son would again have to take off of work. He stated that they would be able to give him a loaner, which again, I was told the week before he was too young. I plan to follow through and have the car fixed at Hyundai. I would like Kenny Ross to refund the cost of diagnosing the problem any repair charges to fix the squeal (serpentine belt), the alignment and the brake and rotor change. The Hyundail dealership suggested keeping the brakes/ rotors to give to Kenny Ross if there was an issue because they should not have sold a car like that. The cost is around $600 for a car that we have not yet made the first payment for. More
