Howard was amazing. Very kind understanding and a great listener. He walked me through all my options and did not rush me like other experiences I had. I am indecisive so it’s great when met with someone who lets you take your time. I previously was at Kuhn VW where it did not go so well experience wise. When I came here I was met with amazing service by Howard. He kept his promises, did not judge, and made sure the price was right and all my standards were met.
