I really enjoy the "one simple price" and that I know I'm getting the best deal available on the lot. My family has made many purchases with Howard Shorter and my experience with him explains why. I was able to view all of the options throughout the lot and I was never made to feel as though I was wasting anyone's time, because Howard really does want to make sure you get in the right car for you at the right price for you. Test-driving multiple vehicles, waffling between different price ranges and models, etc - Howard wanted to make sure that I got what I needed for my price range and I truly appreciated that. Antonio was also really great to deal with in Finance - he was helpful in explaining things to me in laymen's terms, since I am brand new to the car-buying game! I appreciated his willingness to repeat himself and explain in different ways to make sure I understood what I was signing up for. More
