Yesterday I brought my wife’s Pilot in for service which was covered under warranty by Honda Corporation. Ronnell(spell check) was super friendly and the issue was resolved. Some dealerships will get you was covered under warranty by Honda Corporation. Ronnell(spell check) was super friendly and the issue was resolved. Some dealerships will get you in the door just to take your money, but that is not the case with Hughes Honda! We’re very happy with our experience! More

I have never had a problem until last week. First my gas was used up.it was at a 1/4 tank when I left it. It was on E when I picked it up. The radio had been touched and it was on a black station on level 1 was used up.it was at a 1/4 tank when I left it. It was on E when I picked it up. The radio had been touched and it was on a black station on level 15. I had left it off and I usually have it on 10. I had a battery and alternator replaced under warranty and and the radio should not have been touched. I had to ask them to replace the gas that had been used. I think they should have offered to replace the gas. There was only 1 extra mile on it so it must have been used while the technician had it in his possession. They said they would investigate. Chris fixed my radio but it took like six steps so it was not an accident by the technician like they said it was. They did not call and leave a voicemail on my cell as they called the wrong #. They had it wrong on the paperwork. The last call I got from Hughes Honda on my phone was saying they had to keep it overnight. I called around 1 p.m. the next day and they said it had been ready since 530 the day before. How can I pick it up at that time if you close at 530? No acceptable..... They rectified everything by washing my car, detailing, and vacuuming my car but I was inconvenied by the fact that had to wait until 3pm after I had stopped it off at 730 a.m. that morning for the 30,000 mile warrant maint. I couldn't believe that they needed to use a battery cleaning kit on a battery that had been put in by Hughes Honda 2 days before. That was at a cost of $14.50. That's absurd!!!! I was told by Crystal that the anti corrosion kit was not included in the cost of the battery and the installation by Hughes Honda. How stupid is that! I think that as much as this service cost if not under warranty it is a total rip-off by.Honda. I will think twice before buying another Honda from any Honda dealership. I spent almost 1,000 dollars for the so called 30,000 mile maintenance service. I love my crv but it is proving to be a costly mistake! I am sorely disappointed in Honda. I never had this problem when I bought my new Honda Civic at Hughes Honda. More

Poor and not straight forward with pricing. Expensive to other Honda dealer. Not planning to go back with them at all. Manager of service don't even know the pricing of the service. I always receive excellent service from Hughes Honda! They explain thoroughly what service is being done and the cost of the service. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and helpful. When I arrived I knew I needed a new timing belt but also had a warning light in. Staff was friendly and polite. I stated what I want done at the beginning. They called back to let me know what the problem w had a warning light in. Staff was friendly and polite. I stated what I want done at the beginning. They called back to let me know what the problem was before proceeding and gave the the final cost of everything before I gave them the approval. Got a text, email, and paper invoice of what was done to my van. It also included what else should be done in the future to upkeep repairs. When I went to get my van they went over the invoice and recommended repairs. I told them not right now and some I could do myself. They did not pressure me to have the repairs done like most shops. They just let me know that they are available if I wanted to use them to have the repairs done. Even had a new key made and it was done within the hour. Definitely will be going back. More

Money Hungry I had an oil change which was $70. I spent almost $300 on an oil change and transmission flush. Then they come out and tell me I had a SERIOUS oil lea I had an oil change which was $70. I spent almost $300 on an oil change and transmission flush. Then they come out and tell me I had a SERIOUS oil leak. Nothing has been seen on the floor of my garage. She said the oil was dripping in a pan. If the pan is under a specific part it should narrow down a leak right and leak over if it's serious. Then she tells me that I need to get hooked up to the diagnosis ($105) to find out where the oil is coming from. The machine doesn't check for that kinda stuff, They tried to rip me off on Friday. Shame Shame Shame. More
