I am so grateful that your company was willing to come get c I am so glad Hughes Honda was able to come get my car for service. Ive been extremely sick last few months and knew i couldn't sit in service departme I am so glad Hughes Honda was able to come get my car for service. My AC works!! My 2012 Honda CRV air conditioner was blowing hot air. I took it to the dealership (Hughes Honda) and they found a defective AC compressor relay. It My 2012 Honda CRV air conditioner was blowing hot air. I took it to the dealership (Hughes Honda) and they found a defective AC compressor relay. It was replaced and the system evacuated and recharged. It gets freezing cold in my truck now with max air conditioning enabled. I can now drive it in the Georgia heat! I'm going to bring in my 2011 Odyssey in for an AC check. More

Honda Odyssey Hughes Honda sold me my 2013 Odyssey in 2016. It was a certified pre owned vehicle. We were very happy with the experience and have used them on sever Hughes Honda sold me my 2013 Odyssey in 2016. It was a certified pre owned vehicle. We were very happy with the experience and have used them on several occasions for service. My Odyssey experienced a rare and odd fuel injection issue last year. We delivered the van to Hughes and they were able to investigate and help Honda Southeast diagnose the issue. I just had my van serviced for the 100k service interval. We replaced the timing belt, power steering belt and water pump. I had the fuel injection cleaned and spark plugs replaced also. The service department conducted the work in one full day. We dropped the van off after hours, and picked it up the next day after hours. Wow, I am impressed. The communication has been awesome. Thanks Hughes. More

Service visit. Arrived before the appointment time, did not have to wait. Opted to stay while waiting on service. Waiting area was clean, well lighted, comfortable. Poor Service Every time we have used the service department the staff has been very rude. They look at the list and make suggestions based on mileage, not on the s Every time we have used the service department the staff has been very rude. They look at the list and make suggestions based on mileage, not on the status of part. For example you need to change your air filter, really my husband did last week. Oh well we didn’t do it so we didn’t know. One would think you would review and ensure needed before changing. Many more examples. If I could figure out how to change my service plan elsewhere I would as I hate going to this dealer. More

Left me in a illegal position Came in because My drivers seat belt would not work at all stuck, oil change and tire rotation. I was told seat belt dept was closed ? When I left Cissy checked my seat belt and determined it still was stuck and couldn’t be fastened, But I was left to drive home with no seat belt. More

Superb Service Great Price Needed new tires. I usually would not go to a car dealer; however, in this case the service rep (Katy) provided me a much better price along with Hug Needed new tires. I usually would not go to a car dealer; however, in this case the service rep (Katy) provided me a much better price along with Hughes Honda outstanding service package that beat the discount stores. Katy met me at the door and explained in detail what was going to happen and provided me details throughout the service visit. Very professional. I will be back! More
