Delivered and picked up in a timely manner. Courteous driver Brake job seemed a little pricy. The battery was also expensive in my 2007 FIT the battery was replaced for free. I love Hughes Honda! I've been into the dealership for service on two different problems this week--once for a nail in my tire and once for a dead battery. FANTASTIC EXPER I've been into the dealership for service on two different problems this week--once for a nail in my tire and once for a dead battery. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCES on both issues! When I talked with Robert Christian about the strange noise my car was making when I tried to start it, he assured me that Hughes Honda would find a way to help me. Then he even the house while a neighbor was bumping me off just to make sure everything was OK. When I arrived at the dealership, obviously relieved, he took charge in a professional manner and the. Sent me on my way after the battery had been replaced. When I mentioned needing a new battery for the remote, he again solved my problem, took the remote, and brought it back with he. Artery already installed--I had to do absolutely nothing! WHAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! Oh, and I'd like to add that while I was there, another lady came in with a packaged battery for her remote and said she didn't know how to open the compartment. Crystal, who also works in the service department, showed her exactly how to open the remote and the. replaced the battery for her, the lady hadn't even purchased it at Hughes Honda. This dealership obviously makes customer satisfaction a high priority. I can't enough positive about Robert, Crystal, and the rest of the team. More

I came in looking for a 2014\2015, but as I browsed around and fell in love with the 2017 but was in great doubt that I was not in the criteria to get approved for it Kyle work with me all day literally from 1115am-7pm .., he even ran errands with me lol but he made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me and guess what Im in love with my 2017 Honda accord sI'mrt ..Thanks Kyle you're amazing...I definitely will continue my business with you whether its me or a friend looking for a car..Keep up the good work and Thanks to the entire staff as well, I'm am very appreciative of you guys!!! More

NOT recommended! Poor service to military transfer families Visited the dealership with a service issue on a 2015 Honda purchased new at another dealership. Was told they did not sell the car to us, take it to Visited the dealership with a service issue on a 2015 Honda purchased new at another dealership. Was told they did not sell the car to us, take it to the place we purchased if we needed help with it. We live in an Air Force Base town--this is NO way to treat people! Many people are not driving cars purchased locally--instead of winning our business with great service and capturing our next car purchase, they sent us packing forever! And they weren't even polite about it--a "too bad, so sad, we don't care" attitude prevailed! More
