I recently bought an used car (approximately 1 month and a half ago) in this place (thing that I completely regret at this point). They sold me an used car and made me Sign the contract promising me the perfect car, without the car even being ready, I had to wait for about 4 weeks for the car to be given to me, on top of that, they were all liars, and rude people, long story short, they ended up giving me the car, “as is” with the bumper scratched and almost falling off, all the covers of the tires were hit and full of scratches, the car was missing two parts from under (it was impossible to know this unless you take the car to a mechanic shop where they completely lift the car up), and I ended up realizing later that the AC doesn’t work properly now that it’s getting hotter because of summer, the ac doesn’t work at all, it pure hot air, I’m sure they all knew about this but decided to hide it just to sell me that car. These people have zero empathy or consideration, they only care about making money. And I’m sorry but this sucks. Customer service should be their priority. I am looking forward to making a proper complaint about this. They played with my time, waisted my energy and destroyed my expectations. I was very excited about getting a car. Now I just wish I never did that with them. More

Finance Manager Frank Chopra showed as a savvy deal closer. Good tech, paperless office. The end of the deal drives you away. Frank made it understandable, while being personable. Purchased a new car last year. Car only came with one key. I was told I would be receiving the 2nd key but it was never sent. Salesperson is unresponsive.
