Always a good experience at Ray Chevy. Hugo is great to deal with and not pushy. Luis in service is great. Just bought my 3rd vehicle and overall a very good experience. Wish the process could be streamlined instead of shuffling to 3/4 persons all of whom want to sell you something. All salespeople have computers for credit checks, financing etc. but that’s the car business. Overall good dealer. More

Unprofessional No respect Not organized After over 20 requests for pricing delivery date and needed items EVERYTHING WAS IGNORED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE when I order something i should be able track 20 requests for pricing delivery date and needed items EVERYTHING WAS IGNORED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE when I order something i should be able track it When I order something I should know the costs When I bring my car in early like I did to get appraised the dealer should honor the appraisal price without me fighting for it. I also expect someone to know something about the car when we do pick it up. The charging level was set low so the three hours we sat there waiting for a charge did NOTHING! My wife and I had to figure out EVERYTHING on our own. You pay sticker price you would think you would get some level of support and service. I will never buy a car from a dealership again! More

Customer Service Department in the Service department is amazing Louie- Service Writer really cares and its refreshing to have someone always follow up with you even after the work is done. LIZ - Service amazing Louie- Service Writer really cares and its refreshing to have someone always follow up with you even after the work is done. LIZ - Service Manager by far out performs any service manager I have ever worked with in my 30 years of owning GM's as well as Dodge. Liz should be traveling teaching other GM service managers and service writers on how to take care of customers in my opinion. More
