2018 2500 hd purchase Traded in pick up and updated to a newer model. First vehicle I was interested in was “ held” but when I got there it was sold... I was frustrated to Traded in pick up and updated to a newer model. First vehicle I was interested in was “ held” but when I got there it was sold... I was frustrated to say the least, I ended up with a different model and options than I originally wanted/needed but Hugo was very professional explaining the reasoning why a special order would not work at this time since Gmc is retooling for the 19/20 model 2500 More

Easy with no pressure I shopped for a dump truck all over the midwest.
