However, once we met with our sales person Hugo Lopez, the process was such a breeze. He broke everything down for me and helped me get the best deal possible. Even though it was Memorial Day, and they were very busy, I was completely satisfied with his customer service and his attentiveness. I would easily recommend this to friends and family, and everyone for that matter. If you do come here, I highly suggest you ask for Hugo. Very sweet guy and is the epitome of the Helpful Honda Guy! I had a great experience as far as waiting for finance, i got the car i wanted for the amount i wanted, and Hugo did his very best to assist me with that!! This isn't my first purchase and Hugo has been of great help in the last two times I've gotten a car from Galpin. I was fortunate enough to have had Hugo assist me with this recent purchase. Hugo does his very best to accommodate his customers, he's honest, he knows what he's talking about and most of all, he's beyond helpful. If you're looking for a car, go to HUGO LOPEZ!!! The whole purchase didn't take time at all, he got me into finance as soon as he can and i was out very quick! I've had the car for about a month now, and i have no problems with it at all. Hugo did his very best to put us in the car we've been wanting, went over everything, made sure we were happy with the monthly payments, did his best to try to get us the payment we wanted, and made sure we were comfortable. The wait was not so bad at all. He made sure we got into finance as soon as he can. I definitely do recommend him for other family and friends! He's very helpful and will take care of you! Very polite, very nice, and will do what he can to assist the client! I highly recommend him and recommend galpin Honda! More

Hugo Lopez is the best you could hope for! When I went to Galpin Honda, I expected a pushy car sales men who cared more about the sale then my personal needs for the car. I had one of those previously who tried to push a car on me that I wasn't sure I wanted and when I asked to see other cars just to feel them out this car salesmen started yelling at me and asking why I didn't want to buy the FIRST car he showed me. I was so disheartened by that experience that I didn't want to look around anymore. But then I met Hugo. The first salesmen brought me to Hugo and that was the best thing he could ever do for me. Hugo was so kind and sweet and funny and he laughed at all my stupid jokes and I immediately clicked with him. For example he didn't question why I didn't want a silver car, just didn't show me any silver cars. I can appreciate that. He showed me many different cars, listened to my concerns, and didn't so much as bat an eyelash when I said I wanted to come back the next day with my Mom. He was just as sweet with her as he was with me the day before. He was honestly such a dream to know and I'm so glad that I bought my car from him. If he still works in selling cars when I get one after the current one I have, I'm going right back to him. If I could give him six stars, I would. More

Hugo Lopez is his complete name he made everything easy, he was patient, and his answers to our questions were very accurate. We bonded real good not only when we were speaking about our car options but I noticed he even got along with our 4 year old daughter??. We r enjoying everything about our new Honda Civic 2016 and we recommend not only this dealer located in Misson Hills but we recommend Hugo Lopez as well to help you whether if you are first time buyers or you simply just want a new car. The people that work there can't be beat- from Hugo to Issac to George, all three helped us and couldn't have been nicer and more thorough. If you're looking to haggle and try to knock the price down as much as possible, this place isn't for you. They move so many cars they simply don't have to play that game. That being said, I am pleased with what I got for the price I paid-- I love my new Civic! They are fair and just don't want to waste anyone's time. Again, a big thanks to Hugo and Issac who made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. More
