Bill Petty and the service team worked tirelessly to fin We had warranty issues with our new Odyssey van while traveling and 100 miles from our home. Bill Petty and the service team worked tirelessly to find the problem and get it fixed. Hugo Méndez worked with us to loan us a Pilot so we would have a vehicle of similar size to carry our stuff while they worked on the van for a week. It was not an easy fix, but now two months later, our van is back to great performance. We really appreciate everything Bill did to make our potentially terrible experience a reasonable one with a happy ending. We think Manly Honda is GREAT! More
