In and out as hoped for and expected! They were on time as scheduled. Courteous and vacuumed the car.. This was its very first oil change and tire rotation. Super Service We had warranty issues with our new Odyssey van while traveling and 100 miles from our home. Bill Petty and the service team worked tirelessly to fin We had warranty issues with our new Odyssey van while traveling and 100 miles from our home. Bill Petty and the service team worked tirelessly to find the problem and get it fixed. Hugo Méndez worked with us to loan us a Pilot so we would have a vehicle of similar size to carry our stuff while they worked on the van for a week. It was not an easy fix, but now two months later, our van is back to great performance. We really appreciate everything Bill did to make our potentially terrible experience a reasonable one with a happy ending. We think Manly Honda is GREAT! More

Great experience over quite a few years. Manley's always been a great dealer and the personnel are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. My car is currently sitting on Manley's lot due to the airbag recall but I was given a Honda Civic as a loaner which is a nice little car. I do miss my CRV though. Bill Petty has kept me updated on the status of the recall which I hope will be solved soon so I can have my car back. But in all the years 3 C RVs and one Accord I have never had a mechanical problem with a Honda and this one isn't your fault anyway. More

Resolution to Problem Earlier this week I wrote an unfavorable review on a service issue that was not done correctly. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday morning when Jessie Prestidge called me to get the problem fixed with as little inconvenience to me. They brought a loaner vehicle to me at my work while they fixed the problem. The end result I am very satisfied. When I went to the service department to get my car Luke Ammann came over introduced himself and apologized. From this experience I can tell the service culture at Manly is taken very seriously. Being employed in a service industry I was very impressed. You certainly have my future business. Thank you. More
