For the most part I would have to say I was very satisfied. I would give Elijah SnellBaker five stars. I found him to be very cooperative and helpful. He also didn't seem to be in any hurry nor did he try to make me anxious. --Royal Kia in general is a very nice dealership the people are very pleasant and helpful and it's very clean. My only complaint is I felt that the rugs could have been cleaned better. Whoever had the vehicle before me must have taken it to the beach because there was a lot of sand deep in the carpet.so I'll give Royal Kia five stars and give whoever clean the rug one star. More
