However, we have purchased cars through other dealerships throughout the past 30 years and those experiences were lackluster and frustrating at best. So, when we decided to buy once again we decided to go back to Royal and chose Royal Kia. Our Sales Rep was Everett Griggs and we had the most fun and enjoyable experience ever in the whole process. Our test drives (we had to experience the Niro and then the Soul GT-Turbo) were long enough to get a feel for the car; gave us the opportunity to drive in different road conditions; and have the opportunity to use some of the features of the car. "Beto" continued to check im with us to make sure Everett was treating us well. Everything was explained to our understanding and often to make sure we were comfortable with the transaction and had a clear understanding of the terms and process. Everyone we interacted with at Royal was polite, pleasant, courteous, and ready to assist or find assistance for us. We returned once to pick up the car and another time to go over the car's features once again. At that time we interacted with Melissa, who was a hoot, thorough, and patient. I can't imagine buying a car any other dealership. More

review for Jessica Garica I love the dealership, but I'm not happy with Jessica. when I went in to see what my options of lease end, Jessica was the one who helped me I told h I love the dealership, but I'm not happy with Jessica. when I went in to see what my options of lease end, Jessica was the one who helped me I told her what I wanted, including siris xm, white, no black interior. The one test drove was nice but had black interior. She told me all the Optimas she had all had black interior. she didn't offer to order me one or suggest that that I wait until one that had more options that I wanted. I felt like she was pressuring me to take the one I first drove. I know I should had not agreed o lease that one, but she seemed to be more interested in making the sale than making me happy. once I got the car I found out it was not equipped with SIRIS XM. now I have to get an attachment to get the service. All of the financial is messed up. I paid the April payment with the down payment. Then the automatic payment was taken out also. the auto payments were not stopped. Now I'm stuck with a car that I'm not happy with for 4 years. The previous transactions All of this was taken care by the salesmen. I love the Optima and it has a few options that I didn't have on the 2016 Optima but it doesn't have half the options I had on the 2016. I know I should have not agreed to the lease but I excited about getting a new car. By the time I thought I would buy my old car, the time had passed. This not the usual service I have always received. she had said that maybe they could get me seat covers but nothing ever came of that either. More
