Royal KIA knows Customer Service!! We got ourselves into a mess with another dealership. I could go into detail but I would end up writing a book. We tried working with that dealership to get it corrected but it seemed that they were not committed to helping us. All we wanted to do was put this bad deal behind us and return one of the vehicles for one that was more reliable and would suit our needs. We gave them specific criteria that we were looking for and instead it seemed they were determined to force us into something that THEY thought was right for us.This went on for about a month until a friend recommended Royal KIA to us. I agreed with Maria our salesperson, Royal KIA should have been where we went to first. Maria, Beto and Lu understood and listened to what we were looking for. There was a time when I was about to give up because we were having difficulty finding the right car at a payment that we could afford, but Maria and Lu were committed and continued to work hard to find something that would work for us. We went to Royal KIA expecting to get into a reliable used car, instead they were able to get us into a brand new 2015 Sorento (THAT WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!) at a payment that was affordable and at a lower interest rate than we had on our other vehicles that we purchased at the other dealership! Thank you Royal KIA!! More

They did the right thing and compensated me for repair work I was promptly contacted and reimbursed for repair work that was needed after my purchase. The end result of my "Royal" experience was great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago a great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago and spoke very highly of them. And now, I too, can do the same. It was comforting to know my vehicle came with a limited warranty based on the vehicles miles. It doesn't get much better than that. Any transaction concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Royal! More

From the moment we met with Eli to the moment he handed my husband and myself a dozen beautiful red roses the experience was like no other car buying experience we have ever had. Eli helped us feel at ease every step of the way, he explained everything and helped us to understand all of our options. There was never any pressure, just thoughtfulness and a true intrest in making sure we got what we wanted at a price we could afford. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends or anyone who wants the BEST. Eli, thank you for making this a wonderful experience, when we need another car we will be back, you have a customer for life!!!!. Keep up the good work!!!!! I want to take a moment to thank Dan Ivey and Humberto Rodriguez for creating, what should always be, a fun, car buying experience. The entire staff was very polite and friendly to my family (all 6 of u Rodriguez for creating, what should always be, a fun, car buying experience. The entire staff was very polite and friendly to my family (all 6 of us) as we roamed around their lot for several hours. We never felt pressured to purchase anything and we were encouraged to take our time with this huge financial decision. It was nice to have a sales consultant that could answer all my questions, and more importantly, knew more about all the cars on his property than I did. Humberto did an excellent job helping us find our desired interest rate and put us at the monthly payment that we were set on. I look forward to do business with Royal Kia in the near future and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I was able to schedule an appointment and upon arrival Paul Juell had the vehicles I was interested in test driving ready to go. It was a low pressure situation. The sales staff was informative. My questions were answered. When it was time to talk dollars and cents they were no nonsense. I told them what I was able to pay and what it would take for me to purchase a vehicle that day, and they made it happen. I left the dealership feeling really good about my purchase and I felt like both sides accomplished their objectives. Royal made some money and I got into a 2005 Jeep Liberty that my wife is happy with. All at the right price. What a great experience. Oh yeah, I got a rocking warranty included with the purchase of the jeep. Thanks Royal. Thanks Paul and Beto for knowing how to treat a customer! I will be back next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More

I could not understand the reasoning of why they were trying to sell me a car that was more then what I wanted to pay for. I went to look at one car (first car) $6000, was shown a different car (second c trying to sell me a car that was more then what I wanted to pay for. I went to look at one car (first car) $6000, was shown a different car (second car) $11000, but they wanted to sell me a totally different car (third car) $13500, because of my credit and down payment. Did not consider the first car when shown the second car. The second car was more then practical and fit our tastes. When financing came around we were shown a third more expensive car, they said the bank would loan us money for that one, but needed more money down for the second car. I could not understand. Also, they let us take the third car home over the weekend to try it out. We investigated the vehicle and found so many bad reviews on it, including issues that the car we were driving had. "Check Engine" light was on, passenger air bag sensor faulty. Etc..... More

Trey is helpful and handsome...thanks for the patience over my multiple visits to Royal. I had contact with many employees over several 'browsing' trips and everyone was helpful, friendly and answered our questions without hesitation. So far I love my new Optima!! And buying a new car was pretty painless!!! More

We are FAMILY!!! These men provide customer service. I so appreciate how they have helped me and my husband through the buying process. This is our second Kia Soul. Love Love Love my car. I cannot express how easy they make it for a customer to go through the buying process without spending hours at the dealership. I recently took a friend into Royal Kia and she was amazed at how the customers were treated and her next car WILL be purchased at Royal.
