She definitely cares and will do what she can. She's just the messenger but she does try get hardest and I haven't had an experience with a service member that nice in 15 years. Mark met me out front, looked me in the eye and greeted me with a welcome message and a handshake the way it should be. He went to work and showed me just how easy it can be when you deal with a PROFESSIONAL salesperson. He got me where I needed to be and in and out in record time. I don't buy many vehicles but when I do he will be the only person I see from now on. I'm in my 70's and this was by far my best experience ever. More
