I went back to the same Great Salesperson and got another great deal. It never felt like they were just selling me a car. They wanted to know my needs and what would be the perfect fit for me. I was so impressed the first time that I had no doubt that when I was ready for another vehicle that I would definitely be going back to Heiser. I've taken one of my best friends and a family member to this dealership and they in turn purchased vehicles that they were very pleased with. I continue to recommend them to anyone that I know who is looking to buy a vehicle. Hutch is the guy I buy a new vehicle about once every 15 years and it's not normally my favorite thing to do. I found the car I was looking for online, checked a few dealerships and saw that Heiser Ford had by far and away the best discounts and prices. So, I went there even though it is 70+ miles from my house. Hutch was the best. I told him what I wanted, we looked at it and once he was satisfied I knew what I wanted, he helped me and didn't try to push add-ons or a bigger vehicle. Everything was smooth, he shepherded the process of getting an after-market change I wanted - by another business - to make sure the vehicle was ready when I wanted it. Hutch is the guy. More
