Great price and amazing customer service Heiser has a great selection and was the only dealer within 100 miles that had the truck that I wanted. Unfortunately, they are a 1 1/2 hour drive fro Heiser has a great selection and was the only dealer within 100 miles that had the truck that I wanted. Unfortunately, they are a 1 1/2 hour drive from my house so we did all of the price negotiations over the phone. They definitely beat several other dealers on the new truck price and also the trade in. I showed up 1 hour before close to look at the truck and they didn’t rush me and ended up completing my sale nearly 2 hours after their scheduled closing time. I personally would not have been a happy camper if I had to work 2 hours late with no notice but they didn’t seem bothered at all and were very friendly. I had a couple of questions after my purchase and was able to reach my salesperson every time I called and again they were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I will most definitely take the long drive for future purchases! Thank you to Tom, John, and Kristina For making my new truck purchase a great experience! More

Purchased New 2019 Ford F-150 Was in the market for my first Ford truck and after looking around for a while, a friend referred me to Chris & Hutch at Heiser and I am glad he did. Was in the market for my first Ford truck and after looking around for a while, a friend referred me to Chris & Hutch at Heiser and I am glad he did. They were ready to help me when I showed up, had the truck I was interested ready to go, and negotiated a more than fair price in short order. What I appreciated the most is that I added on a few accessories that took some time and coordination to complete and Hutch called me with updates almost daily. When they were installed, I set a time with Hutch to pick up the vehicle, and he had the truck and final paperwork ready to go. He took me through the accessories and features of the truck when I arrived to make sure I was satisfied before finalizing payment, and the finance office had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. All and all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and appreciated their professionalism throughout. As my friend did for me, I hope I will be able to recommend a friend to Heiser in the future. More

wonderful experience I had Hutch as my sales person. He was very patient with me trying to learn the various features in the car. He went over it at least three times and I had Hutch as my sales person. He was very patient with me trying to learn the various features in the car. He went over it at least three times and was glad to do it each time. He also told me to come back if I need additional assistance. However, I will be going back to see how to set the code to get into the car in case I leave the keys on the seat. Great experience and will recommend Heiser to others. More
