Brought 2019 Camry to dealership for an oil change 1 week ago. Days later, the car was acting up. Brought back to the dealership, charged $222 to be told it has complete transmission repair. We are the on ago. Days later, the car was acting up. Brought back to the dealership, charged $222 to be told it has complete transmission repair. We are the only owners and the car has received every Toyota suggested service on time. There is no way the transmission failed overnight. Dealership advises us we are unlucky. Completely unprofessional, and we are in the process of having the car inspected by a transmission shop to see if the transmission oil plug was drained by mistake since it is near the engine oil plug. I do NOT recommend this service center. More
