City VW of Evanston had been servicing my CC for 4 years and always has done a great job. When it finally gave out on me, their staff did a great job in helping me trade it in and find a new car! My salesman, Ian, was extremely friendly and helpful in finding a car that fits my needs. Ian calmed my nerves about financing, insuring that we would find a financing option that fit my budget and was not pushy with add ons. Julian was another friendly salesman who helped me pick up my car and get accustomed to it! Great staff at City VW of Evanston, and I will keep going back! More

The VW Atlas has been on my mind for over a year and I waited to make sure I found one for the right price and I found it at City VW of Evanston. Ian reached out and told me about the car and later that d waited to make sure I found one for the right price and I found it at City VW of Evanston. Ian reached out and told me about the car and later that day I was at the dealer. I did my homework on the car but Ian made sure he told me about the things I didn’t know and that was quite relief. Alex on the finance side made it easy and I was out of there in less than a couple hours with my new car! Thanks to everyone at the VW in Evanston for their kindness and hospitality especially Ian and Alex! More
