Now, back to Ian: I never thought I would utter these words when purchasing a car, but this was, hands down, the BEST experience I have EVER had dealing with a car salesperson. EVER. Ian is not pushy, service-oriented, a consummate professional, friendly, transparent and straight forward. My purchase was a a tad complicated as well and he made sure I knew and took advantage of every rebate possible as part of the purchase / trade-in. An outstanding experience without question.
