Mercedes Benz of Princeton was very patient, detailed and accurate on all of my needs. I got exactly what I asked for and at a great price. Many other dealerships I went to before told me getting a 2022 GLE accurate on all of my needs. I got exactly what I asked for and at a great price. Many other dealerships I went to before told me getting a 2022 GLE 53 coupe was impossible until mid 2022. Ian made the impossible possible. In a world where people judge you by your appearance especially when contemplating The purchase of a luxury item, he Was definitely hands-down the reason that I decided to purchase. Mini sales people take your phone number down just to go through the motions but never actually do anything. I went into the dealership because I happen to be in the area that day and was looking to purchase a particular model Mercedes. Ended up getting a potential Vehicle of consideration two days later. He called my husband right away. Once I got back in contact with him he started the process rolling. Never pushy was very honest and upfront. When I say he literally rolled out the red carpet for me the experience awesome, that would be an understatement. Even driving to my home which is a little more than 30 minutes away because there was some thing that I forgot. Honestly it really was like talking to a little brother. We had a good time and he still took care of business very professionally. Cell aspen the future I ever decide to buy another Mercedes I will definitely call upon Ian To do what he does best.
