John did a wonderful job showing me the operation and special features of my new vehicle. I am New to the Mercedes family. LOL so the poor man had to start at Ground Zero. I never had anything less than excellent service through the entire process of going to this dealership. OK now for sales my greatest thanks would be to Ian. In a world where people judge you by your appearance especially when contemplating The purchase of a luxury item, he Was definitely hands-down the reason that I decided to purchase. Mini sales people take your phone number down just to go through the motions but never actually do anything. I went into the dealership because I happen to be in the area that day and was looking to purchase a particular model Mercedes. Ended up getting a potential Vehicle of consideration two days later. He called my husband right away. Once I got back in contact with him he started the process rolling. Never pushy was very honest and upfront. When I say he literally rolled out the red carpet for me the experience awesome, that would be an understatement. Even driving to my home which is a little more than 30 minutes away because there was some thing that I forgot. Honestly it really was like talking to a little brother. We had a good time and he still took care of business very professionally. Cell aspen the future I ever decide to buy another Mercedes I will definitely call upon Ian To do what he does best. So thank you again for making my purchase hassle free, pleasurable, and expedient. And a special thanks also to the parts department. They were awesome as well. More
