Great buying experience I had been shopping for a new truck, I was getting annoyed with other dealerships and their high-pressure sales tactics, and then you have to buy NOW I had been shopping for a new truck, I was getting annoyed with other dealerships and their high-pressure sales tactics, and then you have to buy NOW to get this great deal with rebates. My wife and I went to Wilde Toyota, and I met Matt Thornburg a salesman, I told him that I wanted to see a Tacoma SR5. Matt got one, I said I wanted to test drive it Matt made a copy of My driver's license and handed me the keys.NO hard sell no pushing me to buy, just a great explanation of all the features, and My wife and I test drove the SR5.we both really liked the vehicle, we came back and told Matt the color and interior we wanted.We Bought the truck, got a great deal, This is the first time I ever actually enjoyed buying a new vehicle.Matt even came in on his day off to deliver the truck to us.He thoroughly explained every option and set up our cell phones to the Bluetooth.We were amazed by matt's complete knowledge of the vehicle.I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.Also, I would like to mention that the sales manager Ian Johnson is also a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend both of them. Toyota purchase We were looking for a new vehicle and visited a number of Milwaukee area dealerships. Wilde was the furthest from home, but we had purchased from them We were looking for a new vehicle and visited a number of Milwaukee area dealerships. Wilde was the furthest from home, but we had purchased from them in the past. We decided to give them a try and met Chris Hintze. We liked Chris and the way that he treated us. We had our eye on a few other dealerships/brands/models, but after a lot of discussion we returned to Chris, and Wilde for our purchase. Thanks Chris. Since there is nowhere else to respond to this review website, I'll do it here. Most of what is part of step 4 (account information). If you have requirements for username and password (Username must be at least 4 characters long and/or contain letters and numbers only), state it before the create password boxes. And don't wipe out previously entered information (select a brand) when the password is rejected, etc. Very irritating. Now I've had to re-enter the brand for the 3rd time. More

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable . The numbers all worked out . At first I wasn't comfortable about getting a good price. I thought , even though I was looking at the numbers , I thought there was mor worked out . At first I wasn't comfortable about getting a good price. I thought , even though I was looking at the numbers , I thought there was more fat that could be trimmed. We bought the the Rav4 and went home and double checked the price. My wife works for Wheaton Franciscan which has some kind of deal worked out with the dealership. The numbers I came up with were within $10-$40 of what we paid. At that time I was very confident we got the best price possible short of the dealership losing money. More

I would like to express my appreciation for the customer commitment and positive experience I had at Wilde Toyota working with Bill G. and Ian J. in new car sales. I have special needs and they were unders commitment and positive experience I had at Wilde Toyota working with Bill G. and Ian J. in new car sales. I have special needs and they were understanding and went out of their way to accommodate my requests and patiently work with me to find the best car for me. I was able to have an extended test drive with 2 cars overnight, and both sales people used their resources and creative thinking to offer solutions to modify vehicles to help them better meet my needs. They were flexible and came to the dealership from home to work with me at a time that fit with my schedule and were prompt about returning phone calls. When I asked to sit in several Camrys to find the “most comfortable” one for my back problems, Bill graciously complied and even started the cars with the AC running to cool them down for me and lowered all the seats to the position that made it easiest for me to get into the cars. I found the customer service at Wilde to be personalized, sincere, and would recommend this dealership and sales people without reservation. More
