Great experience I had not bought a new car in over 40 years. My husband usually did the shopping. I’m a widow now and had to go alone. Slightly used Outback I really apprecite the no-hassle, no-pressure sales approach. Ian made us feel really comfortable even though we totally switched gears; we came in lo I really apprecite the no-hassle, no-pressure sales approach. Ian made us feel really comfortable even though we totally switched gears; we came in looking at the Forester models and fell in love with the Outback. Really thankful that Ian could easily detail the difference in features from model year to model year. It’s like this guy eats and sleeps Subaru - he’s a “believer” and so are we! More

It was my first time in a dealership and purchasing my own car, so I was a little unsure how t I recently purchased a Crosstrek from Subaru Flatirons. It was my first time in a dealership and purchasing my own car, so I was a little unsure how things were going to go. Ian practically jumped out of his chair to come and help me! Quick, easy, and helpful! I had contacted the dealership before I came to the location. Sent a simple e-mail asking for exactly what I wanted. When I showed up, the vehicle wa I had contacted the dealership before I came to the location. Sent a simple e-mail asking for exactly what I wanted. When I showed up, the vehicle was there waiting for me. Knowing what I wanted and finding it for me was perfect. Ian was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The entire staff was super nice to my 9 year old shopping with me. Once I knew I wanted to buy the car, I was driving it away within the hour! More
