I have been looking for the right vehicle for my family for sometime. Michelle has been in constant communication with me on my quest to find the perfect vehicle with my specifications, color, mileage, pri for sometime. We finally found the right one, she had me test drive the vehicle to my delight. I can't say enough about Michelle's professionalism. She was very courteous, responsive, and attentive. My last purchase was 11 years ago, so I was a bit apprenhensive, but Michelle made the process smooth and very easy. Upon contract signing she had me finalize the paperwork with Ian who picked up where Michelle left off, and also did a great job. Once the contract was complete, I dealt with the Finance Mgr Levie, Levie ensured I got the 2.9% rate available on Certified vehicles. He managed to get me and my family out of there is a short period of time while handling and explaining all the details. The process from beginning to end, starting with Michelle, Ian, and lastly Levie was simply great. Dealership is pretty big and full with friendly and very professional people who are very helpful and ready to answer any questions. Also I need to mention that main purchase details were worked out over the phone, and the time I've spent on this purchase was the shortest in all my lifetime. Would have been 100% pleasurable till THE VERY END when we found out Gap insurance was not incl in price from the finance person signing last documents.Poor timing--or intentional after all the time investment?? We have leased Audi's and ,Honda's and it was always included so this was an unpleasant surprise at an additional cost of $26 per month to the lease. I think Toyota should footnote this on all Lease quotes /advertisements. I would recommend this agency but with that caveat for price comparison purposes.The pricing Gap was much closer when comparing apples to apples.So instead of walking away with an exceptional deal it was an ok deal instead. "When it sounds too good to be true it is." More
