When I bought my last car, back in 2001, the Prius was quite new to the US market. While I was curious about hybrid technology and the fuel efficiency of the Prius, I went with something more familiar -- quite new to the US market. Upon being informed that my 2001 car had been totaled after a recent accident, I knew I was definitely going to be in the market for something in the Prius family. Loved the idea of the new Prius c since almost all of the driving I do is local/city vs. highway. I explored online and initially had reached out to another dealership through an Internet request when a friend told me I had to definitely check out DCH Freehold Toyota. He couldn't say enough positive things about your dealership, so I also browsed your online inventory and put in a request for more info on a couple of vehicles. Your Internet "Sales Team" was not just a series of automated messages. I worked with your Internet Sales Specialist, Tommy Gordon, who provided very responsive, personal service -- within an hour we had exchanged several e-mails, I had a competitive quote from him on a vehicle, and we had arranged a time for me to come in and test drive the car! When I got there to meet with Ian Salon for the test drive, he was unexpectedly detained helping another customer with the navigation system on their new car. Tommy apologized for the delay and chatted with me until Ian was free! Ian was super helpful in explaining the functions and features of my first hybrid vehicle -- and my first Toyota! The purchasing experience was a breeze -- you even took a personal check and saved me a trip to the bank! Everyone at your dealership was pleasant and professional. I have heard that your service department is top-notch, too! So, even though there is another Toyota dealership closer to where I live, I'm sure I'll be bringing my new Prius c back to DCH Freehold Toyota for all of its scheduled maintenance.
