We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Toyota Camry thanks to Rob and Ian. The excellent service began even before we arrived at the dealership. Rob Barbieri was the Internet Specialist we first contacted. From the very start, he was honest and straightforward. He offered a competitive price and was very upfront about how he got to that price – he itemized the price of the vehicle, the destination charge, registration, doc fees and tire tax. This was helpful because we knew what we were signing up for before making our trip to the dealership. Rob walked us through the subtle differences between models, but didn’t try to over-sell us on things we didn’t want. His follow through and his strong product knowledge gave us confidence that we wanted to work with him and purchase a Toyota. Ian sold us the vehicle at the dealership. He made the buying process painless. He held true to the internet price that we were quoted earlier. He worked with our insurance company to get us covered and was able to get all the paper work done within 2 hours. When we went back to the dealership the next day, Ian gave us the summary on the vehicle and assured us that if we had any questions or concerns we could reach out to him. We would highly recommend DCH Freehold Toyota to friends and family looking to buy a car because of the excellent service we received from Rob and Ian. More

I have been buying Toyta cars since 1979,all the past dealership were just ok nothing great. I also was very lucky today to have been taken care of Mr Ian Salon, who is also very friedly and very pleasent,it was a pleasure meeting him today. Working in Retail industry myself I can definitely say how much important it is to know the product you are selling from A to Z. While in the market for the new commuter vehicle, I was very limited on tim how much important it is to know the product you are selling from A to Z. While in the market for the new commuter vehicle, I was very limited on time. I spent a few hours online researching the price ranges and then called DCH Frehold Toyota and got a great deal right away. I arrived at 6:15PM and was out of the dealership by 7PM, that's a real professionalism of the sales team. Mr.Ian was very knowledgeable, efficient and cooperative. I came back today at 9:00AM (DCH opens up at 9:00AM) and Ian immediately approached me with my new keys, the car was parked outside perfectly clean and with a full tank of gas. Yeeeey!
